We are devoted to ensure your satisfaction and happiness with any product you have ordered from (www.medsmantra.com). You can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
If the payment is made by using Credit/Debit card it will be reversed in Account Holder’s Account. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, the payment will be returned by cheque on the registered name of the customer. (Note: to claim the reimbursement account holder’s name must be same as the name mentioned in Bank Account)
The time taken for refund process can vary from bank to bank which cannot be expediting from our end. Please check with your bank for more details.
If the money has been credited to our account we will initiate refund within 3 business days of your request.

Customer has to dispatch the product to our corporate office i.e. SCO: 162-164, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh – 160022 within next 24 hours (The freight charges will also adjusted) and refund or a different item in exchange will be given as per policy. Please note that replacements are subjected to availability of the particular product.
